Meditation Mantra of Lord Vishnu:

Find the please and calm place, sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes (optional), concentrate on Lord Vishnu and chant below dhyan mantra. We please and salutate Lord Vishnu by chanting this mantra.

अथ ध्यानम्

Ath Dhyanam

शान्ताकारं भुजगशयनं पद्मनाभं सुरेशं
विश्वाधारं गगनसदृशं मेघवर्ण शुभाङ्गम्।
लक्ष्मीकान्तं कमलनयनं योगिभिर्ध्यानगम्यम्
वन्दे विष्णुं भवभयहरं सर्वलोकैकनाथम्॥
Shanta-Akaarm Bhujaga-Shayanm Padma-Naabham Sura-Iisham
Vishva-Adhaarm Gagan-Sudrsham Megha-Varna Shubha-Angam।
Laksmi-Kaantam Kamal-Nayanam Yogibhir-Dhyaan-Gamyam
Vande Vishnum Bhava-Bhaya-Haram Sarva-Loka-Eka-Naatham॥

Meaning: 

Salutations to Sri Vishnu, Who has a Serene Appearance, Who Rests on a Serpent (Adisesha), Who has a Lotus on His Navel and Who is the Lord of the Devas, Who Sustains the Universe, Who is Boundless and Infinite like the Sky, Whose Colour is like the Cloud (Bluish) and Who has a Beautiful and Auspicious Body, Who is the Husband of Devi Lakshmi, Whose Eyes are like Lotus and Who is Attainable to the Yogis by Meditation, Salutations to That Vishnu Who Removes the Fear of Worldly Existence and Who is the Lord of All the Lokas.

Shanta-Akaarm: 
(Shanta = Tranquil, Calm + Aakaarm = Form, Appearance)
has a Serene Appearance
Bhujaga-Shayanm:
(Bhujaga = Snake, Serpent  + Shayanm = Resting, Sleeping)
Rests on a Serpent
Padma-Naabham:
(Padma = Lotus  + Nabham = Navel)
Who has a Lotus on His Navel
Sura-Iisham:
(Sura = Deva, God + Iisham = Lord)

Vishva-Aadhaaram:
(Vishva = World, Universe + Aadharam = Support)
the Sustainer of the Universe
Gagana-Sadrsham:
(Gagana = Sky + Sadrsham = Resembling, Similar to)
Boundless and Infinite like the Sky
Megha-Varnna:
(Megha=Cloud + Varnna=Outward Appearance, Colour)
Whose Colour is like the Cloud [Bluish]
Shubha-Anggam:
(Shubha = Auspicious, Pure + Angga = Body, Limb)
Who has a Beautiful and Auspicious Body
Lakssmii-Kaantam:
(Lakssmii = Devi Laxmi + Kaantam = Husband)
the Husband of Goddess Laxmi
Kamala-Nayanam: 
(Kamala = Lotus + Nayana = Eye)
has Lotus-Like Eyes
Yogibhir-Dhyaana-Gamyam:
(Yogi = Sage + Dhyana = Meditation + Gamyam = Approachable, Attainable)

(Vanda = Praising, Extolling)

Bhava-Bhaya-Haram:
(Bhava = Worldly Existence + Bhaya = Fear + Hara = Taking Away, Removing)

(Sarva = All + Loka =World + Eka = One + Naatham = Lord)
